The Authority for Medical Responsibility in Kuwait is responsible for the Third Conference registration-application data. Questions or correction requests may be sent to info@amrconf2026.com.
The form collects name, email, phone, profession, organisation and independently selected conference and workshop activities. Each application receives its own reference number. Activity statuses, committee decisions and changes are recorded for administration.
The information is used to review applications, manage places and waiting lists, send receipt and Organising Committee decision notices, organise attendance and subsequently support the delivery of attendance certificates. Receipt does not mean approval or a confirmed place; the committee decides on each chosen activity separately.
The data is retained through delivery of attendance certificates. There is no automatic deletion; thereafter, deletion requires an explicit manual instruction from the authorised responsible person. For a correction request or question, email info@amrconf2026.com.
